FIRST FLOOR RENTAL PACKAGE

Memories of You Lounge: Area of 220 sq.

Gallery 1 & 2: Area of 450 sq. ft.

Highlights: The Memories of You glass wall, original refinished maple hardwood floor and Sag slate throughout the foyer area, leading up to the Information Desk and elevator.  This space is great for small meetings, small receptions, workshops and lectures with easy access to the Billie Holiday Garden (below).

Eubie Blake Gallery is only available for viewing. 1st floor has a common space where others may enter to get to another floor within the building. The gallery space is ideal for community meetings and art exhib
